Skinny is the new moral/hard working and all other kind of superiority?

It's an issue for the individual pigs. They are not bringing their best selves and doing what it takes.

Farm animals.?

Similar to 42% of the US adult population? Hmm.

You mean farm animals that sit in their confined pens (work at home) all day and have troughs of slop brought to them (door dash, grub hub, etc) are overweight? I’m shocked.

Pets, too. And lab mice. Those lab mice just don't have self-control anymore.

What’s your point? Humans aren’t living in cages and have a choice of what to eat and how much.

This is ridiculous.

One of the most freeing realizations of my life was when I figured out that I had a bad habit of asking for approval from precisely the people who relished withholding it. To OP and everyone in this thread who is posting defensively about weight -- this is what you are doing.

Stop asking these anonymous posters who are determined to claim that there is something weak or immoral in someone who is overweight to suddenly change course and tell you, "Oh actually I have seen the error of my ways and you are right -- we should really be treating this as a public health issue and stop passing judgment on individual bodies." They will never do this!

But you can rob them of their power by simply not caring about their judgment anymore. Every time you argue with them about how they are wrong, it gives them a special thrill because they know that you care what they think. Stop! Their thoughts don't matter.

Just let them go. This whole thread is completely unproductive and you are just playing the game the judgmental jerks created to keep you down.

I agree they are idiots, but the issue is that their idiocy is what allows the real culprits in agribusiness to get away with murder. So unfortunately I feel I need to care about these idiots.

I’ve even managed to keep my weight stable, despite my lab handlers. I must be a freak of nature.

Why do you think they aren’t making good choices (the humans)?
Anonymous
To summarize:
- Everyone is the exception and nobody is at fault for poor life choices
- Agribusiness and fast food are actually at fault and it’s impossible to eat healthy regardless of your income situation
- Not buying into acceptance of destructive choices is evil shaming
- DCUM elites know what it is like to be poor and we need to regulate our way out of this instead of through personal responsibility and education

Where does the brawndo come in?

Some are, some aren’t. Point of this thread.

No. This thread will have no impact on agribusiness. I cannot emphasize this enough. If you want to address the important issue of food quality in this country, I suggest you advocate to government entities to study and regulate our food supply and the negative impact it could be having on our collective health.

All this thread is doing is providing a venue for people who want to yell at people for being fat and tell them they simply lack willpower to do so.

But you also realize that you and I can eat the same exact diet and one of us is more likely to gain weight than the other due to genetics, meds, etc.? I'm fat and I eat 80% healthier than all of my skinny friends and 100% healthier than my ex who is very skinny. He never exercised, too. But he's eat at least 3000-4000 calories a day, and didn't gain any weight. I, otoh, was exercising daily at the gym for at least 45 minutes, tracking calories, and eating a 1600 calorie diet, and guess what? I WAS THE FAT ONE. Explain that to me, CICO people. And don't tell me I wasn't tracking right or exercising right, both done under professional supervision.

Yep. I was adopted into a thin family, but was always bigger than they were, even at my thinnest when I dieted until I fainted.

A few years ago, I found my biological family on both sides. I LOOK JUST LIKE THEM! Tall, broad shouldered, and big boobs. There was no dieting my way out of my genetics.

I just turned 61, and got a great bill of health. I take no medicine. I am indeed heavy AND healthy.

Norwegian? Truly some tall and broad-shouldered people there. But, the very beautiful body builds, to me.

PP here.. German and English.

I love how everyone but you ignores my proof that weight is GENETIC!!!!!!

Don't bother. The sick weirdos on this thread won't believe you and you'll bring back the creepy Disney Word fat doctor fetishist.

Are you a part of the obese pod that vacations in Disney with your obese spouse and obese couple friends? If not, why do you care?
