Looking at the videos, any that aren't dropped will result in acquittal.
The gun charge might stick. The first altercation might stick, unless there's a new video I haven't seen.
Not even sure about the gun charge.
Soviet chick says what?
Dude brought a long gun across borders and inserted himself where he didn’t belong.
Soviet chick should stop using his first name. I realize she is a defense attorney but there is no reason to humanize this scummy piece of excrement.
He did not bring it across the state border.
....." his lawyer has said that Rittenhouse obtained the assault-style rifle from a friend in Wisconsin (meaning that he didn’t transport it with him from Illinois)".....

He still crossed a border to commit multiple felonies.
I guess throwing that friend under the bus exposes the friend and family to multiple civil suits.
This kid is a peach. Piece of excrement who hates America and all that it stands for.
According to his lawyers a local business owner asked him and a couple of people he knew to defend his business after two nights of looting. There is video of Rittenhouse posted in front of this business explaining why he’s there. This case is not as cut and dry as you might think.
*It wasn’t his place to do this.* Are you normalizing vigilantism now? Because if that is your position there is no self-defense case. It was vigilantes who went after him to take his gun.
Rottenhouse is a piece of excrement, not a hero. No one is buying what you are selling.
“Pieces of excrement” don’t clean up graffiti after a riot and offer medical assistance to protesters, which is are both captured in photos and on video respectively.
According to Rittenhouse’s lawyer Rittenhouse was working as a lifeguard in Kenosha, cleaned the graffiti that was captured in NY Post photo after work and then went to defend a business at the behest of the business’ owner with a gun that was given to him by a friend who lived in Kenosha. He is captured in video, which the Washington Post ran yesterday, in front of the business in question with other people who were commissioned to secure the business.
If you have other facts, especially ones that are on video and beyond dispute, that you would like to share please do. But Rittenhouse’s lawyers are going to use all of this to make sure a jury, which will ultimately decide his fate and not you, views him as anything other than a “piece of excrement,” especially when contrasted with the video evidence and criminal history of Jonathan Rosenbaum.
