Wow that's a lot of Copium. How much money do you think this kid is going to win now in defamation suits?

+1. If his life is over it’s because the media and the left have used him as their latest poster boy to scream white supremacy in a case that hasn’t proven one ounce of such. Despite a jury of his peers acquitting him of these charges, the media and the left apparently know better and will still go after this kid to destroy him and any life he has left. Are jury verdicts only valid and righteous when they align with your narrative?

He may have stood a chance but he is on Tucker Carlson on Monday night and that will without a doubt do him in.

In rural parts of the country, millions of teenagers hunt both as a hobby and as a way to help feed their families. An AR-15 is just another long rifle, which is why there wasn’t anything illegal about Rittenhouse possessing it. It’s a common fact of life in many rural areas.

Long rifles aren’t really a significant part of gun violence. They make up about 3% of murder weapons.

Why can't they? When I was a kid in Virginia and not that far out from DC, kids brought their rifles to school so they could hunt on the way home. Kept them in the principal's office. This middle school and high school.

When? In the 19th century?

1970s and early 1980s.

there were a lot of things we did back in the 70s and 80s that we now know was really stupid. Additionally, mass school shootings weren't as prevalent as it is today. I would not want my kids to go to school where this is allowed.

My kids school has a rifle team. Shooting team. Guess you would go private since it is public.

That’s so disturbing. WTF?

You have to get out of the urban/close in mindset. Large parts of the country do things differently.

And large parts of this country are clearly trash. Including whatever exurban ‘burg you live in.

Yep. Lots of schools have rifle or shooting clubs.

They get on with their lives. No one recovers and gets on with their life after being shot to death by a white racist vigilante.

The fact that you try to establish some kind of relevance between the two is disgusting. You’re trash. Just a typical trumper gun nutter racist.

Just walk it off, Timmy!

Excellent multi-tweet thread about the egregious media coverage of this case.

Drew Holden is known for citing politician's and media coverage on a variety of topics.

It was still a gun he bought illegally. So.

Please explain to us why the judge was incorrect to decide that this charge was so far off base factually and legally that there was no point in even bringing it to the jury because there was nothing for them to decide.

Facts, logic, evidence all welcome in this explanation.

I'll wait.
