To the Danni fangirls who are saying not to share my opinion..

I will not be silenced. What sort of example am I setting for my children if I don't stand up for children who are being called names by an ADULT?

Allison Williams It sounds like Jimmy might have had some psychological issues. I hope the terms demon, evil, and a "creepy ass" aren't being used to describe an emotionally disturbed child. That seems to feed the stigma associated with mental illness. I'm not defending the mother..it just makes me sad to see a child described with those words.

Luci Gutierrez that is so rude. how old are we that we are calling children names? do you know if jimmy had autistim? if he was being abused at home? Going through a traumatic divorce that is causing him to act out and behave raggedy. hes a child. just because he was tormenting children on a playground does not mean he is skinning cats on the weekends

Jana Roberts Either way it is bad parenting. If little Jimmy has any of those problems (excuses) you listed his mother is still responsible for monitoring his behavior. Other children should not suffer at the hands of Jimmy when his mommy is not being responsible. Maybe Jimmy shouldn't be allowed at the playground till he learns how to act appropriately. Stop making excuses for bad behavior.

Danni Starr To be clear I call my own kids demons when they are acting out. It's really not that serious laugh about it I didn't call him a demon in real life I'm retelling a story and this kid by the way spit in my daughters face. Also he was not special needs some kids are actually assholes relax hopefully he grows out of it

No, it means you didn't write this "story" in a humorous tone. You wrote it in a judgmental, negative tone.

This is what's pissing me off the most about this. She keeps saying "oh it's a joke laugh about it", "this story is supposed to be humorous". Nothing about what she wrote made it sound or appear as a "humorous" story. She went into even talking about how she feels bad for the kid's brother that has to deal with him. There's nothing funny about that, it was mean-spirited and now she's backpedaling because someone called her out.
