Malaysia Airlines Flight Goes Missing En Route to China

Planes crash. Despite all of the fanciful thinking it is by far the most plausible explanation. Second would be a bomb but a hijacking is really far fetched.

Remember the plane that crashed into mountains in the 70's and the guys turned into caniibals and some survived for months? That was some weird shit.

If the plane was hijacked, they had many hours with no one really looking far away from the last transponder signal to plot a course and land the plane. The circle shown by the CNN maps covers many "lawless" states -- and Malaysia is not a super power. So while it might be impossible to land without "anyone" seeing it, if it landed in a remote place under a regime, the few people who saw it/knew about it may know it would be wiser to keep their thoughts to themselves. ie, the military/ criminal locals would take revenge. Then the plane could be stored in a hangar indefinitely. Only 3 days ago, no one wanted to sound like a fool saying that the air plane was not crashed near Malaysia. By next week, when it has still not been found, will people say "that plane is in a hangar far, far away" from Malaysia. Pakistan or Burma?
Terrorists have little concern about collateral damage -- the passengers.

So they landed the plane on an uninhabited island at night in the middle of oceans? Sounds like a great plan. Maybe the plane will show up on Craigslist?

It sounds like someone deliberately turned off all communication devices except one, which was later turned off or stopped. It's like they forgot about one of them. My conspiracy theory is that someone wants to use the plane for a later attack. Seems insane but hey who knows, there's still no plane.

9/11 Yes, planes ARE hijacked. Not completely unlikely.

I am sure there is a lot of info that just isn't public yet, especially if they are trying to stop a secondary terrorist act. Could there be some advantage to publicly stating that they think the plane is deep in the Indian ocean while actually believing that it is on land somewhere?

They are reporting on it (not to be snarky) but you probably arent reading the right sources.

Ive seen pics plus details about the pilot. Also Malaysian authorities have already searched his home.

They have also reported about other passengers such as the male Chinese passenger who not too long ago took flight simulatiom training.

what sources are you reading about the pilot and passengers in?

A bomb? That made the most sense a few days ago. But today, how do you draw that conclusion, *after* the info that they flew for 4-5 hours after the two separate communication systems were *manually* turned off? A highjacking gone wrong seems like the most plausible explanation, with them finally ending up in the Indian Ocean after they ran out of fuel.

That makes the most sense.

Now off the reasonable inferences from known facts….to a fanciful theory: The pilot took them out to sea. Tricked the hijackers rather than have them fly into a Bejing skyscraper or something.

What the fuck? Really? What size of a hangar would you need? There are not many hangars that size in the world. Terrorist did not steal the plane. Just stop. It is more likely an alien could the plane.

What's more likely:

(1) A terror plot

or

(2) Mental illness?

If I were a journalist, I'd be scouring plot lines of thrillers to see what the hijackers are copying.

In an average year, 32 jets crash.

I was shocked at what little information there is about what's flying around in that part of the world, so given that, it would not at all surprise me if they arranged to fly to a place with little scrutiny, whether an island or a low tech area where it might go unnoticed.

Here's what I don't get- How could the plane keep flying for hours with both the tracking turned off and NO PASSENGERS making any phone calls or texts?
