So, if Nelson Mandela was living in the US fighting apartheid, you would want him to be deported. Got it. You think people who are fighting for freedom should be limited to only being nice if they live in the US, but fine for them to use violence if they live in another country. Did Khalil actually say babies should have their heads cut off? I didn't read that part. |
+1 I used to be pro-Israel until they kept encroaching on Palestinian lands. Their government did nothing to stop it; our government used "nice words" to try to get Israel to stop it. And this is the result. |
Are most Zionists here magas or are the Liberals here Zionists too. it's sad how Arabs can't be seen as human's and their lives are worthless in the eyes of many Americans. |
I do not think the US has any obligation to house foreign nationals who support and advocate for terrorism against Americans and others. Call me crazy if you’d like, but I suspect you are in .05% of the US population in taking that position. If Mandela had been supporting the execution of babies from the US, I would have said the same thing about him. |
None of the above is relevant to the legal issues. Only 2 questions matter: 1. Did Khalil endorse Hamas? 2. If so, is the law allowing deportation for endorsing terrorist organizations constitutional? |
Again ,did he say he supported killing babies? |
Anyone who comes out in favor of Hamas and 10/7 explicitly supports killing babies. |
Thank you for getting to the legal points. |
Defend 10/7? Are you serious? Since I’ve never once defended 10/7, is this where we are - just a free-for-all orgy of wholesale false claims in plain sight? |
Global attitudes?! Did you bury your head in THAT much sand over the past two years as the U.S., Israel, and basically a handful of micro-states beholden to the U.S. for WB / USAID reasons were the only things standing in the way of the entire U.N. membership denouncing Israel’s policies and actions?! Approx. 190 nations and their representatives speaking for over 95% of the global population voted to condemn Israel’s policies and actions. How have you missed all of that, Magoo? |
Ah, yes. All the global speaking. So much global speaking. Many, many, many global words. Much talk. But no actual action. No opening of borders. No offers to rehome Palestinians in a new country. No refusal of US aid. Nothing that would actually require work, money, and risk. You’ll forgive me if I’m not persuaded by loud and repetitive words. Get back to me when all the many, many speakers in the world are willing lift even the tiniest of fingers to back their many, many, many words. |
Nice goalpost moving, Magoo. |
Nice to see you acknowledge that your references to the global community are entirely hollow. You know that is exactly correct which is why you are tantruming. |
They know how to make peace. They're doing it every day by crushing those who attack them. Peace by the elimination of terrorists. Peace through secure borders. Peace through prevention. Israelis seem to be able to live in peace, apart from the occasional Palestinian terrorist action, which is always quickly dealt with. |
It does seem odd that all those sympathetic countries have their limits, and those limits include resettling Palestinians within or next to their borders. It's fine to let them terrorize Israel, but please keep them safely away from us! |
