Abbott?

If so, he can get it.

I finally found him. Not Dr Abbott. https://m.imdb.com/name/nm0456178/?ref_=ttfc_cst_59

Boo!!!

I don’t understand these super childish Collins haters. The show is the show. Clearly the creators saw something there if they wrote it that way. Too bad you have a problem with that. I like Collins and hope to see more of her in Season 2.

I like the history she has with Robby. I like that she is one of the only people around who can challenge him (and is right — telling Mo in herself and Robby was just having a bad day) and her no nonsense noping out on both the rats and the flirting. She’s grounded and I like her.

You don’t have to understand it. No one is asking you to. But you do have to stop calling people “haterz” or telling them to “get a life” if they don’t like someone on the show. That’s childish, don’t you think?

Sorry but this is a big misstep in an otherwise phenomenal show.

I sort of agree. Plus, Robby wasn’t even married to Jake’s mom, only dated her for a couple of years. He never was his actual stepson. In real life, that kid wouldn’t give him the time of day.

Maybe that isn't who/how you are, but I had a lot of not-moms and not-dads growing up, and that dynamic, that connection, was very similar to how Jake seems to see Dr. Robby. Didn't you have aunties/uncles? That bond doesn't go away just because your adult(s) separate(s).

Aunties and uncles are different from the scenario The Pitt wants us to believe. In this case, Robby only dated Jake’s mother for a few years. We don’t even know when - maybe before Collins? It doesn’t sound at all like an auntie/uncle relationship. And yes, often when the adults break up, the kid is no longer closer with the ex, especially if they weren’t married. It’s just not realistic.

I know multiple person raised by their parent’s ex of only a few years. Technically my stepson is actually DH’s former stepson. He’s been in his life thirty years ever since he was a baby.

Jake hasn’t known Robby since he was a baby. You’ve just made my point.

I think I’m doing better than “boo” but ymmv. (Whoever said get a life wasn’t me. But if you post about wanting a character I like to be written out of the show, seems fair enough to call you a hater.)

Resorting to insults when someone doesn’t like your beloved character isn’t doing better, sorry. You’re the only hater on this thread.

Remarkably, posters have derailed and ruined this thread by attacking a secondary fictional character in a show where she hasn't appeared in the last 2 episodes.

Blame the “haterz” and “get a life” poster. As well as the “people must be doing mental gymnastics to explain her absence.” That was the best one - no one cares that Dr. Collins was not on. They can’t handle that someone doesn’t love their beloved Dr. Collins.

Cara feeding a premature infant outside in the freezing cold was totally ridiculous.

I really like Dr. Collin’s and I look forward to seeing her more next season. If people feel the need to respond to this with “boo”s and Collins insults, they will deserve whatever they get in return.

Boo doesn’t insult anyone. And please note it came after the other poster started with childish insults to the actual person writing the comment about how they don’t miss Dr. Collins. This same poster has been doing it all thread and in other threads. There’s a pattern.

NP. I don’t like Dr. Collins either and I don’t miss her.

No one is attacking. It’s literally posters just saying they don’t care for her, which prompts one crazy poster to attack them personally. She does this in other threads too apparently.

I don’t understand your need to attack posters who don’t like Dr. Collins. It’s great that you like her, however, others don’t and that’s ok too.
