I doubt she would be the Billionairess that she is today. People want to be as gorgeous as she is (due to cosmetic surgery) so they think if they purchase her beauty products they can look as perfect as she does which is so unrealistic. In truth > they can only achieve her good looks is by having her surgeon 👨🏻‍⚕️ perform what they did on her to everyone else. |

| Probably because it is a display of wealth. People get jealous of people who are wealthier than they are. |
lol what?! I have never heard this, nor is it remotely true for people I know (and myself) who can afford it. Cosmetic surgery (not reconstructive) is quite obviously a sign of severe insecurity. |
Wow calm down no one is accusing you of being poor, quick post your HHI if it’ll make you feel better It is true however that rich women use money to slow aging through many methods including surgeries. Aging poorly makes you look low class. |
Everyone has something they are insecure about (not necessarily appearance related). Don't act like u dont |
| At first when I saw this I thought “I’m not jealous!” and then I realized I am slightly jealous of a friend who got a mommy makeover, not so much because she looks amazing but because she had the guts to do it, and maybe I guess “valued” herself enough to spend 15K on herself for something that wasn’t necessary. |
There is something to this. I adore my husband, and he wouldn’t not let me do it, but certainly wouldn’t be supportive. He would think the cost was absurd for something superficial, and he is ridiculously fit so he would probably think that the answer is just working out. I have a massive scar on my stomach that makes me look seriously deformed and I looked into getting it fixed. It was 4K. DH supported me in doing that (I didn’t wind up going through with it because I thought that was too much money just to fix a scar) but that’s a lot less money and something I couldn’t fix with diet and exercise. (Not that you can fix my stomach flab with diet and exercise because between genetics and pregnancies that is just how my stomach is, but I don’t think DH would believe it). |
| It not jealous. It’s more like I feel sorry for them and their lack of confidence. |
Oh for sure, of course everyone has insecurities. But going to the level of irreplaceable surgery you can't undo is another level. |
Aging poorly often goes hand in hand with plastic surgery. |
+1 |
Are these posts from marketers? Who would write something like this?! |
Lol They don't want to undo it. That's kind of the point of surgery. |
NP here. My sister needs a revision rhinoplasty. Her nose is messed up from cheap surgery abroad. She will fix it but only for 5k or less. She says she would feel bad spending more on herself. She is now looking into going to Turkey. I am opposite. I will not be cheap on my face. I am also having revision rhinoplasty and am paying 20k. She thinks I am frivolous. she said she can't imagine spending that kuchmon herself. I think she has low self esteem |
