8 yo brother fashioned a garrote strangled his sister and sexually assaulted her. After the fact, mom and dad covered it up by pashing her head in m using a stun gun and writing a note to make it seem real

or

Mom and dad were allowing the kids to be abused and one ended up dead and they coverd it up.

Are you dense or intentionally obtuse?

You have the order of things all.backwards. There's an extensive Reddit on this case if you want to get up to speed.

Hey, genius! The Reddit thread I think you're referring to actually points to mom, not her brother being the murderer. That thread suggests mom was abusing both kids, she lost her temper the night JonBenet die, hitting her causing her to strike her head so hard she went unconscious she thought she was dead and thus the staging, they couldn't go to the hospital because she knew she would be in trouble.

Saw it. Still no suspects. Family was cleared. Can't wait for them to run that DNA and find the truth.

Yes finally someone else who saw the full episode.

I think the brother killed her accidentally and the parents covered it up. She may have also been being molested but that could have been coincidental to the crime.

And for the people questioning the lack of arrest/charges for the brother, the age of criminal responsibility in Colorado is 10. And was in 1996 as well. He was too young to even be charged as a juvenile. I know in another case with a younger child who drowned a sibling in the bath, the coroner ruled it an accident because there was nobody they could hold legally accountable.

I think the mom killed her accidentally, was abusing both kids, both mom and dad covered it up to protect themselves and also Patsy was sick didn't want her standing trial. The set the seen to be interpreted as it is an intruder or someone in the home, but also that it could be the son if the authorities did decide it was the son, well he wouldn't be criminally charged because of his age. No hospital to hide other crimes.

I also think the crime scene was intentionally contaminated, this was just after OJ everyone knew the importance of crime scene evidence by then. If Jim Bob Duggar could call in a favor from cops to cover up his son molesting his sisters surely wealthy Jon and Patsy Ramsey could call in a few favors to cover up an "accident"

They've completely remodeled exterior and interior. It doesn't even look the same.

I could live there just fine, just not at 7mil.

If you don't follow the case closely, you might buy that. But looking through those pictures, I see a lot of areas from the crime. The butler's pantry where Patsy dialed 911. Jon Benet's balcony. The three windows in the basement where the "train room" was. No thanks, I could not live there.

That is from the street. The first Zillow picture is from the back yard.

The videographer did a solid job. It looks lovely through their eyes. smart to not have any of the bedrooms as kids rooms either.
