| The mom wrote the note, the dad covered up that he knew where her body was...why would they do this for anyone but the brother? Likely unless he talks sometime before his passing there will be nothing definitive, and obviously it's theoretically possible it's anyone from the gardener to aliens, but some people seem oddly dismissive of the vast set of facts in front of them. |

DNA evidence cleared all male members of the Ramsey family. So no it's not the brother. They would do it to cover for themselves or to cover for a bigger crime at play think Epstein like ring. |

8 yo brother fashioned a garrote strangled his sister and sexually assaulted her. After the fact, mom and dad covered it up by pashing her head in m using a stun gun and writing a note to make it seem real or Mom and dad were allowing the kids to be abused and one ended up dead and they coverd it up. |

What would mom and dad gain from covering up for their son? he was 8/9 at the time he wouldn't have been charged.
He bashed her head. Why not take her to the hospital she could have maybe been saved. There may have been a CPS investigation. Why would they choose an alternative of staging a kidnapping and murder and still inviting scrutiny into the home? |

Her head was bashed, but that's not what killed her. She was strangled for approximately 45 minutes to 2 hours. There was also evidence of sexual abuse prior to the trauma from the evening. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it's a duck. |

The people who think it's the brother base it on his weird interview and that he hit her once with a golf club, even though the hit occurred when he was actually swinging not aiming for her and the hit was not enough to cause significant trauma.
They also ignore other evidence. Kids kill, but it's not common, not as common as mothers who abuse and kill their kids for example. |
