Hey, genius! The Reddit thread I think you're referring to actually points to mom, not her brother being the murderer. That thread suggests mom was abusing both kids, she lost her temper the night JonBenet die, hitting her causing her to strike her head so hard she went unconscious she thought she was dead and thus the staging, they couldn't go to the hospital because she knew she would be in trouble.[/quote]
