I don't think it's necessary to get out of D.C. if you don't live near the Hill or near downtown. It seems very unlikely that militias are going to try to go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods looking for people to attack.

Do you honestly believe that we were at risk of the government falling? Because of crazy people who weren’t organized enough to mount any sort of ‘revolution’? I honestly condemn every person who engages in violence. So I abhorred the “peaceful protests” in the summer (with police precincts burning and loss of life) and I certainly abhor the actions taken on 1/6 = truly vile and disgusting!
