How many times did you have sex with your spouse in 2020?

Probably about 5. We've got young kids- between them and COVID it's been a miserable year.

And before open marriage poster asks, I tried the girlfriend thing and it's too stressful. I want a real marriage.

Yeah, men forget girlfriends are work. You have to maintain your hygiene abs make an effort at foreplay and feigning interest in someone else’s life. Nothing easier than a wife.

That wasn't the work. I do all that. It was the secrecy that was work plus the fact she fell in love with me.

2019 might have been 3x total without being able to complete.

Don't take Adderall without being honest with your doctor guys!

Why are you all counting? That’s weird.

DH and I probably do it about once a week, though lately it’s maybe twice a week. So I don’t know ... 60?

Based on out weekly average, I’d say about 110-130, give or take. Definitely more than 2019, which I guess would’ve been 60-90, also based on weekly average. We’ve worked through some things and are still working through others, but overall a big improvement.

Low 30s I guess. Have to nag the wife each. and. every. time. She had no problem in college with all her one night stands. But now when someone takes care of her every need and she doesn't work it becomes a choir. Im in shape so that isn't the problem. I'm being completely used.

Both of us are very happy with each other and our sex life. Low pressure but not infrequent.

Once a week is infrequent but that doesn’t matter if it works for both of you. Also very word that you think that people who are answering more than 5 are not “super healthy.”

NP. I think that knowing you had sex exactly 37 times is weird and not super healthy, even though I don't think that having sex 37 times in a year is totally normal.

I know exactly how many times I had sex in 2020, because circumstances (think deployment) prevented it, so the few times I had it are very memorable. But when my spouse and I were living together and having sex regularly I wasn't counting. Counting would have been, in my opinion, unhealthy.

I use an app to track my menstrual cycle that also lets me track things like sex, moods, etc. So I track when we have sex. There’s no nefarious unhealthy reason for knowing I had sex at least 51 times last year (there were a couple of times where there’s no data, most likely because I dropped the ball on tracking, not because we didn’t actually have sex).

It’s been difficult with young kids at home. We are just so tired by 8:30 when they’re finally asleep. And our bedroom doors don’t lock.

I’m not sure but I hope to get off to a quick start tonight. Too much champagne last night (just the two of us!) kept us from closing out a difficult year on a high note.

Wedge a few pennies in the door jamb! As good as a lock. Take a nice hot shower together, fool around for 15 minutes and you will both sleep like a baby.
