DP. How is once a week infrequent? It’s average. And associated with the highest level of satisfaction (correlation not causation, though, for sure).

PP didn't say doing it more than 5 times is not healthy, just that counting it isn't. I mean, who keeps an exact count? That is weird to me, too.
