Privy to 20-something nephew's red flags, tell brother (management) before he hires him?

You could tell your brother that the nephew attempted to pay your daughter to write papers. You could say he was fired from his last job due to ______. Are there other facts worth mentioning? Stick to specifics. And what do you think the best next step is for the nephew?

Facts? Why would OP want to share facts, without editorializing about how she thinks her nephew is a bad seed who should be cast out of society and never given another chance in life?

People on these boards love to bash others for their own observance of narcissism in friends and family. I have to assume they have none of these people in their lives or are currently enabling someone they love and are taking out the judgement they feel in themselves on other random Internet people. It seems your nephew is an adult and so is your brother. Having a narcissistic sister myself, I recommend you stay out of it. It won’t help anybody to get involved. The best thing to do is let everyone else learn on their own what you know now. If you try to help them they’ll turn on you like all the people on this thread.
