I don’t snack between meals and I eat lower carb most of the time (veggies and berries are my carb), has helped me to keep 60 lbs off for almost 2 years. I have strawberries after lunch, Jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding with Cool Whip and a little salt after dinner. If I’m not doing IF, coffee with breakfast.
Also prayer, I believe God has delivered me from a sugar addiction. |

Berries with a little bit of real whipped cream Spoonful of almond or peanut butter with some chocolate chips Hail merry lemon or key lime tart (small ones) Small noosa yogurt A little lemon curd in plain yogurt Really craving will make a chocolate protein shake w almond milk, banana, cacao, choc protein powder, flax seeds, coconut I could go on and on 😂 but honestly I overall feel much better, satisfied, and not sluggish like I would just going for the piece of pie, cake, or bowl of ice cream |

When i'm craving sweets, I generally eat sweets.
Though sometimes I will eat a small amount of a sugary cereal and that helps. Lucky charms or froot loops are my favorites. A small amount is 100-120 calories, which isn't too bad for a snack. I exercise a lot so I can eat carbs with impunity. |

| I chew flavored gum. There are really good options at Asian supermarkets. Even regular grocers carry a lot of flavors, like kiwi-strawberry, raspberry lemonade, tropical fruit. |

| Gum does the trick for me. You can say that I am a sweets addict, but that's because I am currently pregnant and girls know what I am talking about. The mood swings are real and it's the same when we are talking about food or drinks. One day I want chocolate, one day I want fruits and I am simply driving my husband crazy. I've explained to him that these are the common symptoms and that he should be able to handle them. Hopefully, things will get better and we will be able to have a beautiful family. I know that I am killing him slowly when I am pregnant |
