The chocolate sea salt Rx bars really taste great, fill you up, and taste sweet.

Agree with other posters on a handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips. I start any craving with a spoonful of peanut butter to try to calm the craving....sometimes helpful, not always!

Sugar free jello (any of the berry flavors) is a decent treat.

Frozen grapes are my new favorite treat.

My absolute favorite is Ritz crackers smeared with peanut butter and topped with Hershey's milk chocolate. But it's an indulgence for sure.

Ice cream is my other go-to. Tillamook is my favorite brand, currently loving the Dark Cherry flavor. Mint Chocolate Chip is great too.

If I have been good about my diet generally and I have been good about being active, Oreos. If it is earlier in the day or I have already had a serving or two, and lets be honest it is normally two servings, of Oreos, a Kind bar. I like the dark chocolate with sea salt or the caramel with sea salt.

Halo top ice cream, dark chocolate, frozen bananas, peanut butter -- or some combo of all of the above! When I'm really being good, I'll have some berries. But even then, I can't resist adding a dollop of halo top ice cream!

Skinny pop. Seriously. Also, a handful of unsalted nuts is very satisfying.

Bubble gum and also blow bubbles. I can never do this in public so one tiny benefit of WFH

Choc zero or gum

Vanilla ice cream with melted peanut butter.

That's my #1 comfort food and the one I go for when I'm craving a true sweet.

Other than that, I'm one of those DCUM weirdos who eats a square of dark chocolate each night with a bit of peanut butter on it. FWIW, it's the type of chocolate bar where the square of chocolate is like 1.5" x 1.5" so not like a Hershey size square or Dove size square.
