+ 1,000,000 - Let’s just be honest here.

So should divorced fathers be red flagged?

There is a huge difference between divorced fathers and men that abandon their kids. Remember when being a single mother was a source of shame, not pride? If a couple gets divorced, but the father stays involved, it can be ok, but even then, you both failed, so do not be surprised when your kid fails too.

How do you make the determination that a man has abandoned his kids so he should be red flagged? And, as a PP pointed out, those abandoned kids should be red flagged, too.

I guess just red flag them all? PP seems to think that anyone who isn't living with a father should be considered a risk.

So would that apply to kids who grow up in lesbian families too? Do the kids of lesbians get automatically red flagged in this situation?

It has repeatedly been claimed that broken families are the cause of the spike in gun violence and mass shootings. Do you disagree?

If it had to happen somewhere, aim glad it’s a Texas. The states that put no limits on guns should the one ones bearing the brunt of the shootings.

I'm just saying if it's true then we should make sure to take away the guns from people who grew up in broken families. Obviously that is a severe risk factor. I care about 17 month olds not being shot in the face - I'm hoping you do too.

So what does this have to do with random shooters?

You have zero clue what you are talking about. Several states have more liberal gun laws than Texas. And you are a complete piece of sh$t for being glad any state has a mass shooting or any person is shot with a gun.

Yes, we're on the same page. Although I don't think broken families are the primary problem, if not enough people are willing to enforce stricter gun control, then taking guns away from people who grew up in broken families is a better alternative than doing nothing. The 2A apologists should be fine with that.

My apologies, sincerely. I am upset about this latest shooting and these babies.

I’m concerned every time I see, or hear of an abused or neglected child. Why aren’t you?

If you ignore these children and quietly wait for the consequences, you’re too late, my friend.

“An inconvenient truth.”

It is someone I won't even give my thoughts nor prayers too anymore. It is one poster and God has forsaken them.

You are all deliberately misunderstanding or misstating PP's post to fit your vile and hate-filled agenda. Typical Trumpsters.
