Sorry. Constitution says no. Americans should be able to own artillery and hand grenades. That would severely limit government power. |
And tell your senators to ban knives. You’re much more likely to be assaulted with a knife than any type of scary high capacity rifle. So scary to leave the house! |

You appear to be a perfect example, my friend. Instead of trying to see this side, you attack. Read up - https://www.marianne2020.com/issues/child-advocacy You may not like her. You may think she's a lunatic. But her platform is absolutely spot on. If children's needs aren't addressed, they grow up with trauma. This applies to children in wealthy and poor households. In fact, the super entitled kids are the ones to fear the most. So yes, this means a shift in monies. But we need to move from a reactive to a proactive state. Just the other day, my pal who's a counselor in a very challenging school, had to restrain a 7 yo who was trying to hurt himself and others. This is more the norm than not. If these needs and concerns aren't addressed at that point, they eventually drop out or become "that kid" in middle and high school. Many join gangs b/c they need protection and a "family." So, my brilliant friend, this is one example of rage caused by trauma. I can share plenty more at the high school level, but I'll simply end here. You can do your own research based on the information I've shared. |
