+1 Agreed. But that's not specific to MoCo at all. That's a blue state thing.

I think it is the same person posting and bashing Potomac. They clearly have not checked actual sales data and have an agenda. I would love for the moderator to block the IP address or out this person. Somehow 45,000 people live in Potomac, there is no exodus there. And in Montgomery County, the population grew from 2017 to 2018 by 0.5%.

Sad that what could be a productive forum is ruined by a troll without any data? Where is your data troll?
