What wall? There are little demonstrator pieces up for press photos but, try to grasp this, there is no wall. There is no final procurement plan. There are no work order specs. There is no continuous, plotted, right-of-way. There are no environmental and land use permits in hand. It doesn't exist. It was never going to. Quit asking questions and obey. |
