| The graphic is fascinating. Hogan basically won the western side of MoCo, the wealthy pockets in up county and the agri areas. Jealous won the eastern side and poor pockets in up county. Its a pretty big split between the east and west. |

| Jealous won the black community. That’s it. The 2 biggest black communities in and are Baltimore and PG County. Both are rife with high crime rates, political corruption, and high reliance on other people’s tax dollars for free stuff. |
