Both Pelosi and McConnell got where they were by coddling tax dodgers, that's their purpose. If you want to defeat to wholesale tax fraud (or even legally-sanctioned avoidance), you have to defeat at least one of those two first.

I guess I see this as a non-story because I never believed that he only received a small loan from his father. I actually recall the story about his father funneling money to DT via the Trump Castel casino. THe NY tax authorities could have dug into the Trump family at any time.
