Weight Watchers: How are you eating unsweetened yogurt?

Exactly. Foods with fat are higher in calories. Weight Watchers is simply pushing a lower-calorie option. If butter is higher in calories, it is going to have higher points.

I eat a substantial amount of olive oil and avocado and other monounsaturated fats during the day. And some saturated fats. But I try to limit them because they're high in calories.

Tmost people t who eat low-fat to go low calorie now know that fat-free snackwells are not in any way shape or form better than avocado toast. So it's not the fat people fear, it is the calories.

Which still matter.

Add green onions or chives and garlic to make a vegetable dip

I mix nuts cranberries and a bit of honey. It is filling and ends up being my main meal for the day. Yummm

I add vanilla extract that's in glycerin, NOT alcohol. I get it at Trader Joe's. It blends nicely in the yogurt, with no weird alcohol flavors. I also add a little artificial sweetener. It ends up tasting like whipped cream.

I also sometimes add some frozen plain berries.

I add 1 tsp of honey and some fruit- 1 point breakfast that keeps me full and tastes good

Actually no. WW gives you a bank of "points" to spend a day. People figure out ways to maximize those points via low point recipes. I don't eat those kinds of foods, personally. I prefer sticking to protein and fruit and veg over the engineered foods.

Weight watchers also "pushes" avocado and other healthy fat foods into your day. This isn't 1989.

I love plain Greek yogurt with chunks of fresh cantaloupe. It feels like a dessert.

I'm not on weight watchers, but am Lebanese and this post is funny to me. My question is how do Americans eat that sweet dessert passed of as a yogurt breakfast food? I'd rather a scoop of ice cream. Same thing, but much tastier.

I only eat unsweetened yogurt, sometimes I add in diced cucumbers or nuts, but if I want it sweet I add fresh fruit.

Sugar free jello mix. It’s delicious.

Add in a few drops of sugar free pancake syrup.

I add 1/4 package of sugar free, fat free jello pudding to my Greek yogurt. I mix in pistachio with about 1/8 cup of crushed pineapple. You can also top with a little Cool Whip light/free. It’s delicious! Any flavor of jello works. You can also put it in a mini graham cracker crust for a pie-like sweet treat. Tonight I did that with yogurt, 1/4 package of sugar free, fat free white chocolate jello pudding and a tsp of PB2. Yummy!

This is quite possibly one of the most disgusting suggestions.

This is your main meal of the day?

Funny the differences we have. I will ONLY eat non-fat FAge. It is the only one with rich and satisfying flavor.

If you stop eating sugar and sugar substitutes, things will taste sweeter.

2% or full fat Fage really does taste better though.
