| Not that I love Baker, but I don't understand the argument that Baker is crappy just because he is from PG. PG has problems but has improved in a lot of ways under Baker. Isn't that a sign that he has some skills? Sure, you could vote for someone who was county executive of some "better" place, but really, where's the skill involved in fixing something that isn't broken? |
Apparently the skill according to some of the enlightened PPs on this thread is that you need to be governing an area that doesn't have a lot of black people. |
Frosh is great, but also old. He is doing great where he is. |
What exactly has he done that you view as good? I could not identify a single accomplishment of his tenure. |
Kinda sad that you couldn't knock off an even "200" off my initial guess. That makes him sound even older. |
He is what he is. (70) |
And these are the same "Progressives" that claim to be for equality. Same old coded language BS. |
Same here! |
| I'm not in MD but I deal with some of their government agencies as part of my job in VA. The Hogan administration absolutely cleaned house at one department in particular and it's been so much better for industry. Consumers are still protected, as I know that's a big focus in MD, but the department is so much more receptive to business, more polite, and more competent from the top down. I was skeptical but the change has been noticeable. |

Shocker. A republican who wants to make it easy for rich businesses owners to get even richer, easier. That almost never happens!
What they should do is run them all out of the state. Every damn one of them. Making money on the backs of people so they can play golf. Anyone who owns a business should have to surrender to the state or get out. |
Ulman is from HoCo. I think a great ticket is Rushern/Ulman. I thought Ulman could have beat Hogan. |
I think Baker's been great. |
Oh, THAT'S a recipe for a successful society!

| I want Craig Rice to run. From MoCo. |
Not soup yet. |
