Allegations of hacking by Russia is now pearl clutching. Wow. |
I have no idea how important the tax returns were to the majority of Hillary voters. The ones who I know who voted for Hillary did so because they thought Trump did not have the background to be president and there were others who felt that Hillary had her flaws but they wanted a woman to be president - so it was plain and simple a gender issue, which is not to say they did not think that she was qualified. I don't know a single person who said that they could not vote for Trump because he was not releasing his tax returns. |
Politicos, especially those who lose, hate whistleblowers. I say, the truth matters much more than how we get to it. Which is exactly why whistleblower protection programs exist...but don't tell that to conspiratorial Podesta or server-in-the-closet Hillary. |
I think Snowden was wrong, although I think he thought he was on the side of right. I think Guccifer 2.0 knew exactly what he was doing. Do you think Guccifer 2.0 was on the side of right? |
| If Clinton won we'd never hear a peep about this. This is Obama/Clinton's vessel to taint Trump's win -- that's all. Sour grapes. |
We heard about this all summer and fall. |
And Obama did nothing about it. Because he's a Russian mole. |
Obama and Trump in cahoots to promote the Russian agenda! You figured it out!! |
We don't have hard proof that the leakers were able to accomplish an R hack like they did for the Dems. Maybe the RNC had better cyber security. Maybe none of the Repubs were stupid enough to fall for a phishing email like Podesta. |
When did Obama order an investigation? When did he promise retaliation? Was it before or after Hillary lost? |
Well, now you know me. It was one of many many reasons I could not vote for him, and it was an important one. |
| Maybe the Republican emails weren't filled with delicious inside gossip that would have shown them to be horses' asses in the same manner that the Democrat emails were, so they weren't worth bothering to release. |
judging from peotus' twitter feed, tgat has to be the wrongest thing said on this board, all year. |
There are Republican emails on DC Leaks, including RNC ones. Not many, but some. From the Smartech vendor, who was hacked. http://www.thesmokinggun.com/documents/investigation/rnc-e-mail-was-hacked-901763 |
Extremely sour grapes, because Obama DARED the electorate to vote against Hillary. He told his constituencies that failing to get out the vote for Hillary would be the equivalent of a repudiation of his legacy. This is probably the first time in history that an extremely popular two term incumbent had such a negative coattail effect on a candidate from his own party. It's because his popularity was lopsided and skewed just as Hillary's popular vote total was. Obama was never able to reach out to the other side of the aisle during 8 years in office. His constituencies believe that's due to "racism" but in reality, it's because Obama was and is an arrogant, incompetent ass who can't get along with people in the other party and doesn't know how to have a civil difference of opinion with his political adversaries. So he and his party got their asses handed to them. |
