OP, do you know the other parents he's contacted through the directory? You can corroborate with them and then bring it to the media.

Honestly if he's doing this then he's probably doing worse things in secret. Bring it to the media and they will bring it to light.

What's there for the media? It's two adults dating, He's not pursuing a student, he's asking out their aunt.
