+1 I would say this conversation will soon be overloaded with hostile neighbors who are unhappy with their lives. In their minds, it is easy to act out (much like a child) to push against a simple request. After all, they have so little control in their lives, their self esteem depends on trying to make (in their small, frustrated minds) others miserable. Yet, their self esteem never increases, and they wonder why? OP, let it go. Learn not to tell certain kinds of people when something bothers you. Sometimes, that is all that kind of miserable person has in their empty lives. Be suspicious of hostile people who act self important and have an inflated self of worth; suspicious because it is a weak attempt to try to hide their countless inadequacies. Stay away. |

What a concept. |
|
There are neighbors with three and four car garages that INSIST on parking in front of other people's houses. Guess why? Because they know it bothers them.
Lesson learned, OP. |

| The one PP that wrote they don't pick up their dog shit either is spot on. Our neighbors do this to. And the people that are telling you why do you care? Are probably the same people that are parking in front of other people's houses. |

BINGO. Or they have a small penis. Or both.
|
Our neighbors used to vandalize our cars when we parked "in front of" our house. Got the whole thing on camera
|
What practical difference does it make why people do this? It's legal. And you can't control other people's behavior. |
Seriously? You do not get why, in a suburban area with plenty of parking, this is not considered rude? Are you always this dense? People, just because something is legal doesn't mean it isn't rude. OP, say something. If they don't listen/care, then when the weather warms up, starting parking in front of their house till they get the point. |
It's not about that. We would not expect you to understand anything about people's behavior. Not everyone is as hostile, entitled and unhappy with their life as you. You don't hide it as well as you think. |
Why do you care if the neighbor parks in front of your house, if you are in a suburban area with plenty of parking, and you have your own driveway and garage? |
Does the neighbor? |
| Does the neighbor what? |
