I get what you're saying. But if he's chosing FL and not MD as his residence don't you think he has tax lawyers and top-flight CPAs who know the [tax] laws who advise him? I certainly don't agree with the system, but if the laws alow for it and he's within those laws, then as irritating as it may be, he's not evading taxes.
