Ex nfl cheerleader charged with rape of a 15 year old

GEORGETOWN, Del. — A former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader and the estranged wife of a prominent Maryland energy executive was arraigned Wednesday in Delaware on charges of having sex with a 15-year-old boy who attends school with at least one of her children.
A grand jury indicted Molly Shattuck, 47, on Monday on two counts of third-degree rape, four counts of unlawful sexual contact and three counts of providing alcohol to minors. She appeared for an arraignment Wednesday in Sussex County Superior Court in Georgetown and was released on $84,000 secured bond.

Wonder what made her do it? She has three kid 11-15.

Gross. If I'd had to guess, I'd say she is a woman who has always derived her own value from (and been valued for by others for) her sexuality and youth and this is where it led her. The photo above is ridiculous.

Granted, she's twisted but don't try to pretend womens most power derives from sexuality. Powerful sexuality is the peak of female power.

Yes, it is really sad. I know a woman like that in her 50s and she is so flirtatious with 20 something guys. They are grossed out. She was a college cheerleader as well.

Key to the investigation is what allegedly happened Labor Day weekend in Delaware, where Molly Shattuck, her kids and some of her kids' friends were staying in a rented beach house. The boy stayed over one night.

The documents say, "Sometime around 2 a.m. Sunday morning, they drove to a liquor store and (Molly) Shattuck purchased a 12-pack of Miller Lite and a 12-pack of Bud Light for them."

The younger kids were left home alone. Once back at the house, Molly Shattuck allegedly performed oral sex on the boy, first outside the home while walking the dog and again in her bedroom.

The documents say "(the boy) described the undergarments (Molly) Shattuck was wearing when he entered her bedroom."

The documents say she allegedly performed oral sex on the boy and told him "if he wanted to have sex she would. The boy opted out. He decided to leave. At that point, she told him to come back later but he did not go back."

I just don't get why. She could have hit on a college kid(gross but not illegal) but why a 15 year old boy? Didn't this happen on the show Desperate Housewives when one of the housewives hit on the gardner who's character was still a teenager on the show.

I am feeling sorry for everyone in this episode. She was a person of some renown in her own right. And more than a cheerleader.
