| At the moment, there's this one that shows up at catered hotel functions that I can't find in stores. it's rectangular, soft rind, sweet yellow and creamy like camembert, but has a streak of blue running through the middle. so it looks sort of like humboldt fog, but with blue instead of ash and camembert instead of goat. |
