All cheese except for the chevre type goat cheeses that taste like barn.
In Greece we enjoyed delicious fried cheeses. Lightly coated in sesame seeds or muesli and melty inside. Trader Joe's has a grilling/frying cheese that is pretty good. DARN I forgot to buy it on my last trip. |

Saint Marcellin Mt Tam from Cowgirl Creamery (when they closed...it was SUCH a loss to the city!) when I go home, I stock up on cheese at Di Bruno Brothers - I trust their cheese folks, who are always traveling and learning about cheese all over the world. |
