What is your favorite cheese?

REAL Parmesan REGGIANO, I can't believe no one else has chosen it! After that it would be any of the following: muenster, blue, greek feta.

Pretty much all of them. But really love Parmesan Reggiano, Parrano, and Swiss type cheeses... Gruyere, Emmenthaler, etc.

I am a huge fan of Manchego and also of this "Seaside" brand of English cheddar I've been buying at Whole Foods of late.

St. Andre
Pont l'eveque
Gouda
wensleydale with apricot

I actually have a cheese bucket list.

I am a traitor to my French compatriots because there is nothing quite so delicious to me as an aged Vermont cheddar. And yes, Vermont, not English or Irish.

Had brillat-savarin triple cheese. It was amazing on French bread with homemade fig preserves.

Humboldt Fog
Aged gouda
Rosemary asiago
Fresh mozzarella
Parmesean Reggiano
sweet gorgonzola

So many great cheeses out there!

This is like having to pick a favorite child! I'll throw in a vote for Delice de Bourgogne, which is the current fave.

There is a bagel place in my hometown that puts marinated mozerella on their bagels. I've never been able to find a similar mozerella, but yum!

I love Pont L'Eveque too! Are Taleggio, Morbier, Cambozola, Explorateur and Cowgirl Creamery Red Hawk on your list too?
