Havarti Gouda Tillamook Cheddar Gruyere Leyden - a little known Dutch cheese that is made with cumin seed. I was introduced to this by DH's family, who are Dutch-American. |

Tillamook cheddar, but also Cabot's Seriously Sharp cheddar.
Port Salut. Aged (not smoked) Gouda. Fresh mozzarella especially if marinated with herbs and spice. Great, now I want cheese. |
