I eat out every day as well. I have added it up, and the convenience outweighs the costs for me. I understand that doesn't work for everyone.

I would love to eat out all of the time but I would probably look like the Goodyear blimp!
However, if I could with fat immunity... I'd be out every day!!

I buy a rotisserie chicken at Harris teeter on Sundays it's $4.99. I shred it right away. It' ll be used in a salad, or chicken salad sandwich, or mixed with leftover pasta, rice, cous cous. Or a quesadilla. I make broth from the bones. We usually have soup Sunday night with that broth.
