Me too! Every day. |
| Dinner leftovers. We actually cook enough to pack lunches for the next day. |
|
Primarily leftovers.
My go to premade lunches include a frozen cheese tamale from Trader Joes with salsa poured on top, one of those Indian pouches (Saag Paneer is my favorite) with whole wheat cous cous added after I heat it (it cooks itself), or a can of Annie's soup. If I'm desperate, I'll microwave a bit of cheddar jack cheese on a wrap, add lettuce or brocolli slaw, roll it up and call it a day. |
| I take leftovers frequently. Trader Joe's has some decent pre packaged lunches. |

Leftovers if we have them. Some of my other go - to's are:
- Turkey sandwich on whole wheat with fresh veggies - Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and granola - Humus and veggie wrap - Soup with a slice of hearty bread - Egg salad with whole wheat crackers and veggies - Chicken breast with grapes and cheese - Spinach salad with whatever veggies happen to be in the fridge |
| Leftovers if we have them. If not (which is rare), I'll take a can of soup. |
| I bring all the stuff for salad and make salad on my lunch hour. Right now, I have lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts, beets, monterey jack cheese, tuna and salad dressing available. And avocados. |
| Kind bar, water maybe an apple if I have time. Soup from cafeteria if I'm really hungry and the soup is low fat |
| Usually leftover salad or soup from home. If I eat out, soup from corner bakery and breadstick. I also have a yogurt and banana for mid-morning and afternoon snacks |
You have issues. |
Don't you feel hungry before dinner? |
What do you order? |
No because I eat several small meals. For example, today I had plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup homemade granola around 7, a clementine around 10, kind bar and water at 12:30, some almonds and half an apple around 3:30 and for dinner at 7 I had salad and a small steak. I don't feel well if I eat a lot at one time, I feel better when I space it out. |
Wow, living large. |
