I need to have variety in what I eat. I have a bento lunch pail with 3 small containers. I have the following:
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt with fresh berries, small salad with feta, cherry tomatoes, edamame and Italian dressing, some protein like a few slices of ham and some cheddar cheese and 3 clementines. I sometimes change up the protein with leftovers like meatballs and sauce or breaded chicken or chili. |

| Corner bakery chopped salad. Substitute iceberg lettuce for baby spinach. Dressing on side. No onions. Every day I'm at the office. $10 |
