1955 with extensive renovations in 2012 we bought in 2002 22207 was contacted by a real estate agent last month who offered $2 million for it, but we're here at least another 6-7 years And for those who are depressed by this thread - don't be. When we bought in 2002 our elderly neighbor told us we overpaid, it was a bubble, we'd lose money, etc., etc. He was wrong. A good location with good schools will always have value. |
