No, but you have a kick ass 4th grade soccer team. |
| Poppy and Declan are terrible! |
What's wrong with these? |
You forgot Kailyn, of Teen Mom "fame." |
|
Naomi and Tallulah. I have the same reaction to those names that some people have to the word "moist". *shudder*
Oh, and Keith. Gah. |
I don't like Owen because it's just dumb. It's a dumb name. I don't like George, Henry or Beatrice because they are trying too hard to sound British or something, I don't know. Especially Beatrice. Just my opinion. |
LMAO! |
|
Really hate Declan and don't understand how it became so popular.
Also don't like Rory. It just sounds like a mouthful. |
|
I don't like Maddie at all. Many of the formal names like it are fine but Maddie just sounds bad to my ears for any age.
I also don't like old man names - Fred, Ralph, Sam, George . . . My neighbor's son is Norman and friend's son is Stanley. Really? Just don't. |
|
Penelope -- I always think "Pina-lope"
Phoebe -- shudder, what a terrible, nasally name Zoe and Chloe -- again, I think "Zoh" and "Cloh" |
| Zoe. It sounds like some sort of disease- "my child was infected with Zoe..." |
Not a fan of George, but I love Owen, Henry and Beatrice. |
It is your opinion. And it makes you sound pretty silly. Henry and George are family names, and perhaps people are honoring their grandparents, not trying to sound British. |
Yeah, can't stand this one. How do you even pronounce it? I also hate Braxton and Braden/Brayden etc. Blech. And Kylie/Kayleigh and derivatives. |
I have a son named George. It is a family name and I'll concede it's not for everyone. It took a while for the name to grow on me enough to consider using it but it totally suits my son. I was afraid people would think it was too "old" of a name for a little boy but have since met quite a number of young Georges. I think every single one was also named after family
