Oh, and to the poster who thinks it sounds too British, in our case it is Welsh. |
This is my problem with Addison. Except that it's actually a disease. Horrible. |
| Anything ending with an "i". |

Alexia. It means "inability to read."
|
Oh no, it's the "Gah" poster - seriously, are you that cartoon character Cathy? |
| I was going to say Micah! I also dislike Lucas for no good reason. And Drew. |
| Alycesaundra |
| Ezra and Asa. Yes, they're legitimate names. They still sound horrible to me. |
| I hate when people actually give their child a nickname as a full name. It is just wrong. Nicknames are cute and endearing but people deserve proper names folks. Jack is a nickname. John is a proper name. Charlie is a nickname. Charles is a proper name. Give your child a chance at a good job and some dignity. Don't set your child up by giving him or her a cutesy name in place of a proper name. Don't make up names. Don't spell names in an odd way. It's not cute. It's not fun. It's not special. What it is, is a crappy thing to do to a person. You may as well attach an addendum to your child's birth certificate that says, "I come from a low class and uneducated background," OR, "my mom was a striper with a 6th grade education." |
You realize you're even more annoying, right? We get it. "Gah" reminds you of Cathy. |

Brooke
Sloane Skylar Ian Brittany Lily too many to name all... |
It's a disease named after a person. If you're going to hate all person names that have been associated with diseases, that's a long list! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_eponymously_named_diseases |
Sounds like the mean girls club at a private school! I hate hippie/nature/season names - Windy, Rain, River, Stormy, Sunshine, Autumn, Summer, Rainbow. |
There was a Kai at my DC's preschool. He was mouthy, obnoxious, and rude. |
Well that proves it then. |
