TJs triple ginger snaps dipped in maple yogurt. Oh, did you say healthy? half an avocado with balsamic vinegar poured into the hole, eaten with spoon. Or Tzadziki with pita chips.

I love love the mango pickle. I use it as a side to everything. I will have to try mixing with tuna salad. Do you use mayo in your tuna when you add the pickel?

Random FYI - you can make these in the microwave in about 45 seconds. Microwaves are incredibly good at dehydrating food without burning it, since they heat just the water.

Canned asparagus - yes, the smooshy soft Green Giant kind. I don't know what it's pickled in (salt salt salt) but I crave it (particularly at a certain time of the month).
