What's sirachi?

Do you mean sriracha? If you do then that sounds good. Will have to try it.

hard boiled eggs; 2nd vote for seaweed (and you can get it at Trader Joe's too); toasted pecans (for some reason if you toast them in the oven they are exponentially more delicious); melted cheese on toast or english muffin with avocado or tomato or artichoke hearts in the middle; sardines; sauteed spinach with poached egg (and of course some sriracha)

sliced hard boiled eggs, smear of mayo, capers.

wasabi almonds from Trader Joes.

pickled okra.

carrots dipped in dijon.

lettuce leaf turkey wrap with cucumber and sriracha.

Salt and vinegar popchips dipped in whipped, nonfat cream cheese.

Edamame. In the shell. So gratifying to pop the beans out of the shell. Try with sea salt.

Roasted chickpeas. Can of chickpeas drained and dried (need to be dried well) tossed with olive oil and spices or chopped fresh herbs (I love curry powder or rosemary) salt and pepper. On a baking sheet in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Crispy on the outside and softer in the middle. My 4 and 9 year old dds love them too.
