We would rather have a new home in a very good school district than an old tiny home in the marginally better "best " school. In the future I think that ph will get more expensive after the tysons development. Prices already have jumped 20% yoy on teardowns as the tysons metro and development was officially started, so to an extent it is happening. |
Yawn. |
An Annandale Atom? |
THIS. At least you know something about money. I don't live in PH, but wouldn't mind it, at all - especially a new home for the price. Why so defensive PP? You can't afford PH? Your problem, not ours. OP, I would go for Chesterbrook. My friends have lived in McLean and Langley, and they far prefer McLean. Langley tends to think it is better than it is. It is VIRGINIA, for crying out loud! Hint: The rest of the civilized U.S. thinks Virginia is a sacrifice, at any price. |
| Oh, balderdash, PP. Your sweeping generalizations serve only to embarrass yourself |
WTF are you going on about? Are you the negative one that tries to knock the really nice houses and neighborhoods, too? You have way too much time on your hands. You are a jealous, useless imbecile. |
|
I was commenting on your negative comments about Virginia
I never knock neighborhoods or, houses and really don't understand you're nasty remarks. I am not an imbecile nor am I jealous band I don't make nasty comments about people who live in States other than Virginia. Got it? |
