Anyone else have a bad experience with Photo Affections?

Judging by all of the recent comments, they are not even close to being able to handle the volume. Extremely disappointed and will make sure everyone I know never uses this company!

By the way, had my cards printed this weekend at CVS with same-day service, and they look fine for only a couple dollars more than the Photo Affections voucher was for. Wish I had done that in the first place!


Hi, we looked that number up, and can't find that order. Are you sure that is the correct order number? Can you please check again, and email it to feedback@photoaffections.com with "DC Urban Moms" in the title? We'd like to fix this for you ASAP!

Why don't y'all (photoaffections) just read the emails we send in the first place, and all this mess could be avoided? this is not boding well at all for your company.

You should not be allowed to charge 9.99 for expedited printing and 23.99 for overnight delivery if it is so busy it isn't possible to fill your orders. Not letting people call doesn't exaclty foster good will either.

Hi, we do read the emails. Unfortunately, it is the holiday season, and the amount of emails that we get is a lot. We answer as quickly as we can, but unfortunately it's not fast enough for some people.

Yes, I paid for both of those services on my order placed yesterday but according to the website, my cards won't arrive until December 23rd. If you can't deliver the product on an expedited basis, you should not be allowed to charge customers for it.

Our printing time is 2-4 business days (4 days if you ordered die cuts), and standard shipping takes 2-4 business days. Regardless, I'm happy to look into this for you to see how we can help. I am having the same problem. I ordered a photo iPhone case as a Christmas present and the status is "Still Printing" The original email confirmation I got back said it takes up to TWO days to print and then it would ship. It has been over a week now and the status continues to remain as "Still Printing" but notes it should print by the 19th and I will receive no later than the 30th. What good does that do me receiving it by the 30th when it is needed for Christmas Day? I tried calling them but there is no way of getting a live person on the phone. I sent them an email and have yet to get a response. I am rather annoyed to say the least.

I ordered my cards on the 5th, paid for Expidited shipping and still NOTHING. Says it's still printing. When you call it just says they are "experiencing a high volume of calls" and hangs up. I have emailed them 3X and no reply!! I'm reporting them to Living Social, where I got a coupon, and to my credit card company as FRAUD, so I can get my money back. Just sad I won't have Christmas cards to send out.

I 100% agree about the FRAUD part considering they have charged my CC already, and they have my money but I still dont have my merchandise and likely wont have it until after the New Year. I am also furious and will make sure I tell all my family and friends never to use Photo Affections.
