The quality is just not there. Flimsy paper & customer service is hopeless. I used this company last year & was pleased with the heavy card-stock that was used. I re-ordered this year & have been disappointed. When I ordered I believed that the back of the card was to be polka dots but that I was not ordering a 2 sided photo card. Cards arrived with a blank white back. When I called customer service they could not even explain to me why it was blank or what it would cost to get them reprinted the way I wanted them. They have a great selection of classy layouts but I will never order here again. |
Did the Groupon and got 100 cards for about $30. I paid for them to do the self addressed stamped envelopes ended up paying about another $50 when it was all said and done (shipping.) Got them in 3-4 days and they look good. No complaints. I am not a designer or a paper snob, but they are clear, the paper is decent, it was easy to design them, and it was $80 for 100 cards. |

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !
This is the first and probably the last time that I will place an order with you guys. I placed an order today. It says that I could pay $3 for expedite shipping or have 35% off so I went for the shipping... well they charged me $15 for shipping. I called CS and waited 45 min on the line to give up and press 5 to hold my place in line. After waiting other 45 min for the call, one of the reps finally called and they said that because upgraded my order I couldn’t use the coupon “like seriously “! So sad that they look so promising in your website ? |
I am so far disgusted. Should have known better. Ordered on the 6th. It was printed and a UOs label was created by the end of day and “shipped out” on the 7th. It stated it would arrive by 12/13. Here I am 12/19 and still no photo blanket. To say staying on hold for almost an hour for customer service is getting old. If this blanket is not here by Monday’s I am writing to BBB. I also called UPS and they said that a shipping label was created but they haven’t received my product yet. Like what? They marked it shipped as of 12/7, what do you mean it hasn’t been received yet. Heads are going to roll if I don’t get this soon. I will never use this company again! ?? |

Ordered Christmas cards on Dec. 8.
By Dec. 21 I still did not receive them. I was told two excuses when calling looking for my cards. "We are very busy this time of year" and "the post office lost them". There is no checks and balances for delivery of their product. I would never recommend this company to anyone for anything. |
