#1 and only at 26. Now 37 and relieved to declare that "the factory is closed", as Brazilian women interviewed in last month's National Geographic article on declining fertility rates there said. |
Oops- it's the September Nat. Geo...
Anyway, good article. |
First at 33 (almost 34) and plan to have another by 36. Wish I would have started a little earlier--maybe a year or two. All of my friends have kids who are a little older than DS and I wish they were all closer in age.

Number 1 at 22
Number 2 at 25 Number 3 at 27 Number 4 at 30 Number 5 at 34 We might have considered another had age not been a factor. I didn't want to be pregnant after 35. |
#1 31
#2 & 3 34 #4 36 My dh has seen to it that #5 does not occur. (By him anyhow!) |
31 and 34 and DONE. |
27 and 28
Done |
#1 - 23
#2 - 25 #3 - 29 In a perfect world, we would have had one more, but we didn't. And now that the children are older and #1 is starting high school (with college costs coming not too far behind), we're definitely done. |
#1 25
#2 Hopefully before 27 or 28 (we have a lot going on) |
#1 at 37. Currently I'm 41, we are trying for another one. |
28 (almost 29) for #1
Due to life circumstances AND now possible secondary infertility, she remains an only for now. We have now been trying since I was 33 for #2 (daughter was 4) and are now about to start testing for infertility. I am currently 34 and our daughter is starting K. I honestly think having our daughter messed my body up too bad and I am NOT willing to become a science experiment to get pregnant again (I think IUI is as far as I am willing to go). Either we have a second within the next year or we're going to look into adoption. |
#1 39 1/2
#2 42 1/2 2 MCs in between |
#1 30
#2 32 #3 35 m/c between #2 and #3. |
