It’s no harder for them than anyone else else. You show up at the DMV, take the test, fill out paperwork and you’re done for 5 years or so.

They literally invalidated trans people’s licenses over night. It’s illegal for them to drive to the DMV to get a new license. How does that improve anyone’s life?

Well it’s illegal for my 16 YO to drive there alone too, before she has a license.

I don't understand the issue there is no gender info on the driver's license there is a thing that said sex. Are we saying trans people are changing the sex because that is totally wrong as sex is biological. You can even see that the Kansas driver license has a marker for sex not gender

Answer the question. What benefit is there to ANYONE to immediately strip trans people over their license so that they can’t even drive to get new ones?

I’m not MAGA. This entire thread is about a law that does exactly this. It immediately invalidated trans people’s drivers licenses. They cannot even drive to the DMV to get new “corrected” ones because the law gave no grace period

Some transgender people in Kansas are having their licenses revoked even though they never changed their gender marker.

It seems like Kansas must have a list of trans people. This is blatant harassment and discrimination that goes well beyond that of the law.
