This is true and also, there is no lW against cross-dressing. If a biological male wants to present as female or vice versa, they can do so without fear of being in trouble if pulled over looking like a woman while their driver's license indicates they are male. I've actually lived this circumstance myself and the officer had nothing to say about my gender or sex. |
Then let's take away YOUR license, fool, for no good reason. |
| How quickly is a lawsuit going to be filed? |
Not true at all. |
Kansas believes it's a good reason. It's a crime to lie on government documents. |

So this is all about not making people feel awkward? |
What public safety purpose does it serve? |
It’s recognizing reality and biological fact. You’re assuming these people actually look like someone of the opposite gender. |
DP. Should we review all the idiot Democrats NY has elected? There’s a long list. |
You didn’t answer the question. What functional purpose does this serve? Whose life is improved by this? |
don't forget Tulsi because identity is now a national intelligence issue |
Everyone in Kansas’s life in some small way. Because their government has stopped this bit of fraud. |
What does appearance have to do with the ability to operate a motor vehicle? Second--many do, if they have been lucky enough to access quality gender affirming care. Some of the military trans people who have sued the feds are absolutely indistinguishable from a good looking catalogue--both male and female. And if fact if some of those trans people identified as female at birth strolled into a ladies room someone would be calling the cops--a conundrum nobody has ever given an answer for. As for the use of drivers licenses for identity, how does gender matter? You have a name, a birthdate, a number, and a photo. You see if the photo appears to be of the same person. |
