Republicans should go with this. See how that works for you |
What fund is collecting the donations? Where is the accounting for these collections? Trump is not on any donor list so what reporter out there is going to find proof of the donation he keeps claiming? If anybody out there thinks this is not going to involve taxpayer dollars for maintenance, you are a fool. This will cost the taxpayer bigly. |
Is the bailout happening? Trump complained that it would not happen if Milei wasn't reelected. There are elections this Sunday in Argentina, but it looks like midterms. Is anybody an expert in Argentina politics who can explain how this weekend's elections impact Milei? |
Maybe the USA will have their Marie Antoinette moment. Whose head will be the first to ill, I wonder. |

Yes, $20 billion in US tax dollars went to Argentina to prop up the peso about 10 days ago. The US is trying to pressure banks to lend another $20 bn to Argentina, but for some reason, bankers don't like to throw out their own money on risky economies. https://www.cnbc.com/2025/10/13/the-us-has-stepped-in-with-an-extraordinary-bailout-of-argentina-heres-what-it-means.html?msockid=199b92a16965699d1c0b84f7682b6891 |
FYI, the average amount of time a family with a child spends receiving SNAP benefits is 12 months. For senior citizens receiving SNAP benefits, it's 51 months. |
I think that is a great slogan. |
Republicans are spending billions bailing out Argentinians and spending $172 million on private jets for Kristi Noem and $250 million on a gaudy oversized ballroom and buying missiles and warheads for ICE and giving massive tax cuts for billionaires, but they have nothing for hungry American families. That's the story, folks. |
