The US constitution, which you apparently know little about, has repeatedly affirmed that constitutional rights, including those in the First Amendment, apply to all "persons" within the U.S., not just "citizens."

So foreign visitors to our country, including students, absolutely have the right to protest unless it involves breaking specific laws.

That's all fine and well. I'm just saying what most Americans are thinking about the protestors and what I would do if studying in another country.

None of that matters. Why don't you get that? They have the RIGHT. People do plenty of things I wouldn't. That doesn't mean the government should start trampling on people's rights.

That's what freedom IS. It's the right to do what you want, even if other people disagree, so long as you aren't hurting anyone. If they broke the law while protesting, charge them with a crime. Otherwise, they have the right to protest.

Well, they were hurting other students by verbally harassing and physically preventing moving around the campus, so...

So “words” and having to walk around, and not directly through the middle, of a protest justify this? Abductions? Rescission of visas and expulsions? Hmmm. I guess political correctness and acting like a snowflake is OK now … ?

I sometimes rhetorically ask why members of certain groups think they’re so reviled by everyone else.

By the way, you’re also noticeably silent regarding what happened at UCLA (you know the other acts of terrorism on a college campus last year, committed by radical, extremist Zionists), but I guess that’s OK in your book.

And witness the silence of the complicit in BOTH political parties while the 1st Amendment and 4th Amendment, not to mention the leading research institutions in our country are being gutted of funding for life saving scientific research and for what: because Israel is so afraid of the TRUTH . As if the whole world isn't repulsed by them for the 4 X Hiroshima tonnage dropped on mostly women and children.

It isn't a war on Hamas. It is a war on the Palestinian people and the whole world knows it. Force disappearing college kids and trying to destroy the best research universities in America will just dig them an even deeper hole or world scorn and revulsion.

Point of clarification: no one has seen the faces of these black baclava wearing supposed DHS/ ICE people who are force disappearing thousands of college kids. Without seeing their faces and ID badges, does anyone know if they are really even American. I heard they are Israeli secret police operating illegally on US Soil ( Canary Mission, ICC, Concert... to name just 3 of the illegal Israel secret police fronts- all of which are a part of Israel Dept of Strategy Affairs).

Possibly Israeli agents acting illegally on US soil paying Americans who have attachment to Israel to attend college 1st Amend activities posing as fellow college students when really they aren't. These illegal Israeli agents create their AI generated lists and addresses of college kids generated by the iPhone App Israel ministry of security issued to them to photograph college students at peaceful 1st Amend activities , use AI to find them on other data bases- now co-opting INS, DHS ordered by Trump to open their files- also illegally because they were using their 1st Amend rites. Or Israel uses Pegasus or Palanatir tech to comb through private Gov't records to find college kids and then force disappear them into " black sites" / ICE detention centers without due process.

These actions- and the complicity of the gov't employees who comply is exactly what was done in NAZI Germany. Fascism is fascism.

This is only making the world more revolted towards Israel. Who wants to go there, who wants to join these people- just think, you too could shoot exploding bullets into the bodies of hundreds Palestinian toddlers all before your 21st birthday -

Everyone is sickened and if Israel is punch drunk on their so called " success" in the monument to its " democracy in the Middle East " that is Gaza, then they are just as delusional as Hitler was

But, ya see, we got the First Amendment. It allows anyone present in these United States, to say pretty much anything they want. That's the law, bud. Read the Constitution. It allows you to say all the crap you spew out of your pie hole.

They don't mind if you protest as long as it's not against Israel. Otherwise they'll call the police, FBI, ICE, national guard, or militias and counter protestors that include ex-IDF soldiers.

Not when you are on a visa, it doesn’t.

POV of the woman where you can see Israeli supporters threatening to rape her. Not surprising considering Israelis have protested for the right to rape Palestinians without repercussions.

Would they be knocking down doors if they protested Germany?

I guess we know who trump answers too.

Keep marching down the same path Hitler trod. It’s a great look.

Freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from consequences. Foreign nationals that violate their visa can and should have it revoked.

We are allowed to choose who enters and gets to stay in our country. Foreign agitators should be removed.

First Amendment applies to anyone in the US. There are no speech conditions on visas.

You are correct
If history interests you, it was the foreign women who eagerly marched in New York demanding that women be given the vote because that is how it was in their country.

Legal right to protest has nothing to do with visa status.
Why is this something people question now?
